How is my order processed?

Standard orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. At this time we can ship from either Canada or Australia. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept online payments via paypal and direct payments via cheque, direct transfer or money order. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside Australia. For all Australian orders a sales tax of 10% does apply. All prices on our Australian website include 10% Sales Tax – for international orders 10% will be deducted from your order as you checkout.

Is my transaction secure? Are my details secure?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. All payments are processed via Paypal's secure online payment facility.

What is your return and refund policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once we receive email confirmation.

Are you environmentally friendly?

Raven & Lamb is committed to being as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. Where possible our stationery is printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper stock and in the very least 100% recycled paper. Our products are also printed using environmentally friendly water-based inks or silk-screened by hand using water-based inks.

Can I find your products locally?
